KASTAMONU Produces New Types of Products

The Russian plant KASTAMONU in Alabuga expands its assortment. Three premium collections of laminated flooring were put in mass production. The ACRYLIC acrylic panels will be the next.

 

KASTAMONU has launched the production of three premium collections of the 33rd class flooring with a thickness of 12 mm.

 

Technical characteristics of the collection: new narrowed format of 1380x159 mm and new surface structure - Country and Vintage with deep embossing. UNICLIC lock connection.

 

The company plans to launch the production of the ACRYLIC acrylic panels, which are widely used for furniture facades. The product features even more glassiness, resistance to scratches, UV rays, and household chemicals. Acrylic panels will be available in the 2800x1220 mm format with a thickness of 18 mm.

"Today, the program of laminated flooring includes more than 160 decors, and more than 80 decors of glossy and acrylic panels. Studying the demands and feedback of consumers, we will continue to develop the line of our products, which today is not inferior to the world leaders in the industry either in diversity or in quality".

 

Currently, KASTAMONU has installed two lines for the production of laminated flooring, which allow producing up to 35 million m² of laminate per year. This is one of the largest indicators in the industry.
