KASTAMONU Implements Large-Scale Intracorporate Project
Within five months, an intracorporate project was being implemented at the KASTAMONU plant. Within its framework, families of all employees of the wood processing enterprise were able to visit the plant with an excursion. The project was launched in November 2017 and ended in March 2018. Its purpose was to familiarize children and adult members of employees’ families with the production.
The project was implemented according to the numerous requests and initiative of employees. The program of each visit involved viewing a film about the enterprise, talking with management and employees, a tour of production and informal communication. During the entire period of the program's existence, several hundred members of families of employees visited the plant, which is a unique fact for such enterprises.
"A key condition for the success in business and production activities is the development of the staff and corporate culture," said Ali Kılıç, General Director of KASTAMONU in Russia. "Our employees are distinguished by high involvement in their activities, willingness to help and support their colleagues, and respectful attitude to each other. Thanks to the implementation of this program, we expect to demonstrate to the families of employees the conditions of their work, thereby creating comfortable atmosphere of mutual understanding, not only at work, but also at home."
