KASTAMONU Has Successfully Passed Audit of Compliance with International Standards
KASTAMONU has successfully passed a surveillance audit to confirm the compliance of the integrated management system operating at the wood processing plant in the Alabuga Special Economic Zone with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and OHSAS 18001:2007 international standards.
The audit was conducted by the certification experts of integrated management systems in the TUV Austria System. The audit was conducted during three days in 12 units. As a result of the audit, no significant discrepancies have been revealed, but there are recommendations that must be implemented within the prescribed period.
“Confirmation of compliance with international standards is a proof of competent and high quality management of the plant, professionalism of employees, and a significant advantage in the competitive struggle,” said Ali Kılıç, General Director of KASTAMONU in Russia.
Auditors have noted the high level of preparation to the audit and significant progress in document management compared to last year.
