Yet another group of the company’s specialists had finished the Methods and Technology of Wood Boards and Polywood Composites Production education program and successfully defended their Master’s theses. The training took place at the Kazan National Research Technological University (KNRTU).

For two years of study for the Master’s degree the students – KASTAMONU employees - led by experienced KNRTU teachers, fulfilled practical tasks and laboratory works, learned computer modeling, studied different technological processes, perfected their technical English and acquired knowledge on project management.

“Highly qualified and professional staff is a very important aspect of any major enterprise activity,” noted Ali Kılıç, General Director of KASTAMONU in Russia. “Complex production requires special knowledge and skills from personnel. And systematically working on the development of human resources, improving their skills, we thereby create a powerful platform of highly qualified specialists, which ensures the stable and effective development of our company.”

The condition for admission to the university is a successfully passed exam in the form of an interview. The schedule of the education and examination sessions is developed in a way that is convenient for students: all sessions take place on official holidays and weekends, which minimizes their impact on labour activity.
