The number of KASTAMONU employees with higher education grows
In 2018, the number of KASTAMONU employees with higher education is growing. To date, their share in the total number of employees is 42%, which is 3% higher than at the end of 2017.
KASTAMONU, which is the second resident of the Special Economic Zone Alabuga in terms of investments, as well as one of the largest employers of the Yelabuga District of Tatarstan, employs about 880 people at its wood processing enterprise KASTAMONU. They are employed both directly on the production sites of the enterprise, and in the auxiliary and supporting divisions.
"Highly qualified and professional staff is a very important aspect of the activity of any large enterprise," said Ali Kılıç, General Director of KASTAMONU in Russia. "The availability of complex production requires the personnel to have special knowledge and competencies. And systematically working on the development of human resources, raising its qualifications and educational level, we thereby create a powerful platform of highly qualified specialists that ensures stable and efficient development of our enterprise."
Let us recall that in addition to implementing programs of cooperation with various educational institutions, internship programs and professional development of specialists, starting from 2016 KASTAMONU provides free second higher education for its employees. The first group of students in the educational program named "Technique and Technology of Production of Wood Boards and Wood-Polymer Composites" successfully defended master's theses in June 2018. The training was held on the basis of the Kazan National Research Technological Institute.
