Acrylic panels are impact resistant panels with acrylic coating of bright, steady color. In the production of acrylic panels, high-quality MDF panel face side is covered with high-quality durable acrylic AM 1800 ТорХ, SENOSAN^® coating of the world’s best acryl producer SENOSAN, and back side is covered with а wear resistant coating (shagreen) corresponding to face side in color.

• When cutting MDF boards with acrylic coating, a circular saw with trapezoidal teeth shall be used. The angle of the circular saw mounted on the cutting machine should be 90 °. It is not recommended to use a jump saw. The saw blade during cutting should be at a height that prevents the formation of wane edges. When cutting MDF boards with acrylic coating, the most suitable speed is 15 m/min.
• Before cutting, verify the labeling; make an external inspection of the panels for decor compliance, tone matching and possible visual defects.

It is not allowed to:

• expose MDF boards with acrylic coating to heating above +70 ° C (open oven, hot kitchen stove, lighting devices and heaters, hot steam, etc.), as this can cause deformation and delamination of the film;
• expose to mechanical stress (contact with sharp objects, friction);
• remove protective film from MDF boards with acrylic coating before assembling the furniture;
• apply abrasive powders and solvents for cleaning surfaces of acrylic MDF board facades. Please, use soft damp cloth and soft detergents;
• work with acrylic MDF board facades on non-smooth and uneven surfaces, which may cause damage to the film and laminate coating.

• Transportation of MDF boards with acrylic coating is carried out by all means of transport in accordance with the rules of transportation of goods applicable to the relevant type of transport, with mandatory protection from atmospheric precipitation and mechanical damage. During transportation, products must be secured to vehicles to prevent their movement during transportation.
• Storage and warehousing conditions of MDF boards with acrylic coating should ensure preservation of their form and prevent mechanical damage during storage. It is necessary to ensure horizontal storage of panels on a flat surface.
• MDF boards with acrylic coating are stored sorted by decors and sizes.
• It is allowed to transport MDF boards with acrylic coating in containers in unit loads and stacks in accordance with the technical documentation agreed with the relevant transport departments.
