Equipment from leading manufacturers

The first line for the MDF production - Europe's largest press from the German company Siempelkamp. The second MDF line is equipped with a press from the company Dieffenbacher. The production capacity is up to 1.05 million m3 of MDF boards per year.

MDF/HDF grinding line from the German manufacturer Steinemann. The speed of the machine, which has 12 grinding heads, reaches 200 m / min., while the maximum allowable deviation in thickness does not exceed 0.2 mm. KASTAMONU has two WEMHONER lamination lines. Each line laminates three boards per cycle. The capacity of a single line is 180 cycles per hour, which allows producing 540 boards - about 1 truck of laminate floorings. The monthly production capacity of two lamination lines is up to 3 million m2. Homag lines are capable of producing up to 35 million m2 of laminate floorings annually.
