Kastamonu organized 12 dealer conferences for partners

Kastamonu, which is Russia's No.1 manufacturer of laminate and MDF, held 12 dealer conferences from May to September this year, during which more than 300 partners from different cities and regions of the Russian Federation, as well as Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan visited the plant.

Traditionally, dealer conferences are held in the city of Yelabuga – one of the oldest settlements of Tatarstan and the location of Kastamonu production, in the territory of the Alabuga SEZ. The program of the event is designed for 3 days and includes a business part and a cultural program. The main purpose of these events is the development of partnerships, familiarization of dealers with the production, expansion of the sales market, strengthening the image and reputation of the brand.

The central event of the conference is the presentation of dealer policy and discussion of the most important issues of interaction in the format of a “round table”. The event is attended by the management staff of the plant. Topical issues involve all participants in the discussion, and the importance of joint planning is noted: starting from the negotiation stage, ending with the shipment of finished products. The guests of the conference receive comprehensive information about the operations of the wood-processing plant, the specifics of logistics, production technology and quality control.

Great importance is given to the stage of the cultural program, which serves to bring participants closer together, communicate in an informal setting, and discuss the information received. A guided tour of the city with a visit to the sights of the city of Yelabuga, museums and exhibitions, a concert and participation in creative workshops are provided.

The past events demonstrate the high interest of industry participants in the products of the Kastamonu company, which are sold not only throughout Russia, but also in more than 20 countries in Europe and Asia.
