New laminate decors of the 33rd class of wear resistance have joined the Floorplan Emerald collection.

Laminate of the Floorpan Emerald collection is distinguished by a high class of wear resistance and strength characteristics. 12 mm floorboards have a four-sided chamfer and a unique Uniclic lock system. Floorpan Emerald decors reproduce the palette of real wood. Warm, natural and monochrome tones combined with bleached wood create a pleasant atmosphere and a sense of home comfort.

“Kastamonu designers have created this laminate taking into account modern trends and fashion for shades and textures. We believe that the new decors Larsen Oak, Morgan Oak, Davis Oak and Cartier Oak will rank high in our collection and in interiors of our customers, and we will continue to further expand the range of high-quality products,” said Ali Kiliç, CEO of Kastamonu Russia.

The Kastamonu plant for the production of MDF, HDF and laminated floorings has been operating in Tatarstan since 2014. The company produces laminate from the 31st to the 33rd class of wear resistance and various types of MDF boards, including moisture-resistant and fire-resistant ones. As of today, the production capacity of Kastamonu amounts to 1.05 million m3 of MDF boards and 45 million m2 of laminate per year. The company actively cooperates with the largest developers, federal and regional retail chains and distributors, as well as successfully develops export directions: products are delivered to 27 countries of Europe, Asia and Latin America.

In March 2021, Kastamonu launched the third laminate production line at a record pace, namely within four months, and as a result it became the largest laminate producer in Russia. Kastamonu is also the leader in the volume of MDF production in the Russian market.
