Kastamonu launched a new social project for employees' children


As part of the corporate support program, the company will pay for more than 30 vouchers to a health camp for employees' children.


In the spring of 2022, the company launched a new social corporate project – the allocation of vouchers to a summer health camp for the children of employees. The plan for the summer is to send more than 30 children to the Young Builder camp in the Yelabuga District. The social support program is implemented in cooperation with the administration of Yelabuga and the authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan.


"Summer vacation of children in a camp or sanatorium is not only good for their health, it also means communication with peers, gaining new knowledge, impressions, that is, interesting and harmonious development. Social protection and assistance to employees and their families is one of the highest priorities in our work. The plans for the next year are to expand the geography of camps and increase the number of allocated vouchers," said Ali Kılıç, CEO of Kastamonu Russia.


The company has a comprehensive HR policy, which also includes free employee training. Thanks to the educational programs of the company, more than 80 people have received higher education, and more than 120 have improved their qualifications. At the same time, Kastamonu employees have access to training at the Kazan National Research Technological University.
