Students of Yelabuga Polytechnic College visited Kastamonu plant

On September 6 and 7, Kastamonu production facilities welcomed students of the Polytechnic College based at the Alabuga Polytechnic Training Center.

The company's plant was visited by two groups of students – about 50 people. To familiarize the students with their future jobs, company's employees gave them introductory tours, where they talked about the equipment used in production, as well as about products and quality control.

“Continuous growth of professionalism and relevant experience is a reliable guarantee of employability for any specialist. The Polytechnic College based at the Alabuga Polytechnic Training Center provides students with excellent opportunities for professional development, obtaining necessary skills, and we, for our part, support this by helping students get acquainted with various aspects of operation of a large industrial enterprise in practice. Tours around production facilities motivate students to master their educational programs better and with great interest,” said Ali Kılıç, CEO of Kastamonu Russia.

Students of the Polytechnic College - graduates of the ninth grades of Russian schools - receive practical knowledge in their majors from the first year of study in order to improve their qualifications.

Kastamonu annually participates in projects related to the education and development of existing and future personnel. In 2020, the plant was visited by students of the Target Production and Educational Center (STEM) in Yelabuga, specializing in Automated Process Control Systems, Mechatronics, Chemistry and Electrical Engineering.
